Customers who wish to cancel an order prior to its shipment will receive a full refund.  However, personalized items or custom orders cannot be refunded or returned in any circumstance to Tactical Police Supply.

Customers who simply desire to return an item, order the wrong product, order the wrong quantity, etc...  after it has been shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original price paid (not including shipping and handling fees).  If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must fill out the below form.  Leave a detailed message including:

We will call or e-mail you and give you an Return Authorization or an explanation of denial.  Return Authorizations will only be granted if completed within 14 days of your initial order.  All returns must include all parts, packaging and may not be altered from original condition.  After receipt of the returned item(s) they will be inspected to determine the item is in like new condition, unless the return was retuned based upon warranty.  Items returned without a Return Authorization will be left to the discretion of Tactical Police Supply and will likely be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Due to the nature of use of ear plug application products, these are not likely to be accepted for refund returns. (determined case by case)

WARRANTY
Headset products warranty:

Tactical Police Supply, (herein called TPS) warrants each new TPS brand headset sold to be free from materials or workmanship defects under normal consumer usage for a period of 6 months beginning on the date of invoice from TPS. This warranty is offered exclusively to the initial consumer purchaser and is not transferable. 

The "TACTICAL POLICE SUPPLY 6 MONTH WARRANTY" applies to all Tactical Police Supply brand earpieces ONLY, and excludes other brand models.   A copy of your original invoice is mandatory to validate this warranty.   Earpieces may not be altered and tags, markings, etc... may not be removed from the item(s) or the warranty becomes void.

TPS shall have no obligation to repair or replace any product resulting from: normal wear, catastrophe, negligence of use (such as dropping), improper or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or use of the product in any manner for which it was not designed, or by causes external damage to the product. This warranty is void if the product label is defaced, altered or removed. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period determined by the date of original purchase. All replaced parts or products become the property of TPS. 

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

FOR ANY PRODUCT WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED, THE SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL TPS BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMERS FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.  

All warranty returns must receive a return authorization by following the above steps listed under "RETURNS & WARRANTY."


All other Warranties:
Customers who desire to return an item under warranty must also receive a Return Authorization by following the steps above listed  under "RETURNS & WARRANTY."  Please also include reason for warranty return.  Some  warranties must be returned directly to the manufacturer.  If this is the case, you will be notified after we have received your detailed information.
